Serath LLC, operating as Serath AI ("we," "us," "our"), builds and operates AI systems, websites, and automation for businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. We keep it so we can respond and maintain a record of the engagement.
When you become a client
Business contact details, billing information, and whatever operational access a project requires (for example, a phone or calendar integration). We use it only to deliver and maintain the service you engaged us for.
Automatically
Our web host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security and reliability. If we run advertising, our advertising partners may set cookies or similar identifiers on this site to measure ad performance. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to anything on this site.
SMS
Text messaging has its own policy: see SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with anyone, for any purpose.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share mobile opt-in or consent data with anyone, for any purpose.
- We do not use client data to train models for anyone else's benefit.
Who we share with
Only service providers who make the business run — web hosting, email, payment processing, and the AI model providers used to deliver a client's system — and only the minimum each needs. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months. Client records: for the length of the engagement plus 7 years, which is what tax and contract records require. You can ask us to delete sooner where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share it in the first place. Oregon residents have these rights under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act; California residents under the CCPA/CPRA. Exercise any of them by emailing admin@serath.is. We will not discriminate against you for asking.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable providers. No system is immune, and we will not claim otherwise.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions: admin@serath.is.
